Each full pouch can make 15-20 cups of tea depending on how many teaspoons of loose leaf tea you steep. The sample size can brew 4-5 cups of tea. It is recommended to use 1 – 2 teaspoons per 8 ounces of water. Use more tea if you desire your tea to be stronger.

The labels are different colors so tea lovers can recognize which blend is mixed with black tea, white tea, green tea, or is a herbal blend. Black tea blends will have a gray label, green tea blends have a green label, white tea blends have a blue label, and herbal blends will have an orange label. 

Most blends can be steeped for 2-3 minutes. However, we advise you to follow the instructions on the packaging. Side note: additional cups can be steeped from the same infuser/strainer.

Yes. All of Bella Mae’s Tea Co. ingredients are plant-based and USDA approved. Our suppliers are carefully selected to produce vibrant unique blends.

No, Bella Mae’s Tea Co. does not sell bagged tea (yet). All pouches contain blends made of loose leaf herbs, spices, flowers, and/or tea. Each blend varies in net weight. However, you can purchase disposable filter bags instead of using a strainer/infuser.

Each tea order will be shipped via USPS. Customers will receive a tracking number so they can track their package. Allow 3-5 business days for packing and shipping.  Allow 7-14 for shipping to Canada.

There is a minimum order of 50 packets for a custom blend.

Refunds are only provided if the packaging is defective (package ripped, tea has been removed, seal is tampered with) when arrived. The customer has one (1) day to report damage. All reports must be submitted to hello@BellaMaesTea.com along with a photo of the defective package (if applicable).

Each blend is different and varies in the process of a good cup of tea. It starts with filtered water. Before brewing your tea, pour a quarter cup of hot water into a mug/teapot and swirl it around to warm it. Dispose of the water when done. The water and steeping time is specific to each blend.
