What is a Tea Blending & Tasting Experience?
A guided, hands-on journey designed for connection, creativity, and discovery. Together, we’ll explore the beauty of herbs and botanicals, learning how each aroma and flavor note comes together to create a balanced blend.
Guests can choose to join a tea blending experience with other tea lovers or book a private tea blending experience hosted in their own space. Participants will smell, taste, and experiment with ingredients while crafting their own signature blend.
The Tea Blending & Tasting Experience is more than just blending–it’s about slowing down and sharing something meaningful with others, whether it’s for team building, a family activity, or to experience something new.

Participants will also receive a Bella Mae’s keepsake gift and the option to keep their herbal tea blend.

Frequently Asked Questions
A Tea Blending & Tasting experience is allotted 1.5 – 2 hours. If booking a private experience, Bella Mae’s will arrive approximately 30–45 minutes before the start time for set-up and allow up to 30 minutes for post-event breakdown.
The pricing is $55 per person.
For private bookings, the client must confirm the number of people one week (7 days) before the event.
If joining a tea blending & tasting class, customers will need to pre-pay (on Eventbrite) before the event.
Private booking require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure the booking, and the remaining balance must be paid at least one week (7 days) prior to the event.
Bella Mae’s Tea can accommodate a maximum of 20 people for the Tea Blending & Tasting Experience.
We understand things come up. If you must cancel, or rebook your experience, we respectfully request at least three days (72 hrs.) notice. Please note, we do not offer refunds on the deposit for private bookings.
Bella Mae’s will provide ingredients for particpants to create their one signature blend.
Yes, the following add-on’s are available to rent:
- Bella Mae’s backdrop: $25
- Table Rental (6ft. or 8 ft.): $15 per table
Food and small bites are welcome for your private tea blending experience. We simply ask that meals be served before or after the experience or small bites be placed off to the side, so the focus remains on blending and tasting.
If you are planning additional activities on the day of the tea experience, please schedule accordingly to ensure our event begins and ends on time.
Cookies and small bites will be available for stand-alone tea & tasting events.
We understand if you and/or your party is running late. A 15-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled start time. After this period, the experience will begin, but no additional time will be added out of respect for our time and preperation.
Yes! At Bella Mae’s, every detail is designed to make your tea blending experience memorable. You’ll receive a beautifully keepsake styled to match. All the materials will carry the Bella Mae’s touch.
